Build your legacy

Stage 2 – Coming Soon

Your Opportunity to Buy into a Desirable Community.

Northridge is proud to introduce the next chapter, a rare opportunity to secure competitively priced land in a premium, elevated location north of the Bruxner Highway.

This is your chance to build a life in one of the most desirable areas in the Northern Rivers. A place where elevated positioning, connection to community, and everyday convenience come together, all at a price point that opens the door for many.

Solid Foundations

For a smooth start to your building journey, we have ensured that all lots are fully serviced, including access to town sewer, town water, electricity, and NBN. All lots are freehold with no covenant or additional council requirements making it easy to start construction.

Northridge lots will be eligible for Complying Development Certificates (CDC), *subject to the final 10.7 certificate. This means you have the opportunity to bypass local council design approvals, allowing you to get on-site faster and move into your new home sooner.

Northridge doesn’t come with any elevated noise or fire ratings – all of which helps to keep the cost of building down.

Between the privilege of hinterland views, the accessibility of town services and the proximity to both Ballina and the East Coast, Northridge may be your last opportunity to build an affordable, quality home.

Space to build, grow and thrive

All Stage 2 lots are traditional homesites between 500m2 and 1,000m2, perfectly sized for single or dual level, family-friendly homes with space to grow.

You can secure a block in a boutique community, build with confidence, and still come in well under a million-dollar home package, a rarity in today’s market.
